This is the second year in a row that our family has stayed at Linda's beautiful home! With 5 adults and 6 kids the home is perfect for us! This is a luxury home with a wonderful kitchen, beautifully appointed suites, and amazing family room, game room, and hot tub. We used every space in this home, cooked all of our family meals, with plenty of room for everyone. The lovely outdoor fire pit was perfect for smores π The hot tub is clean, beautiful, and surrounded by the forest. The location of the home is just minutes from town and beautifully secluded. The master suite upstairs overlooks a wonderful stream and waterfall; the sounds and sights are completely enveloping with calm and relaxation. The master suite also has a fabulous deep soaking tub next to a double sided fireplace that opens to the mater bath as well as master bedroom. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home and it's incredibly responsive host. We have never had any issues during our stay; any of our questions were answered very quickly. One of the best things is the checkout procedure. We always leave the home tidy, but Linda does not require you to strip the beds, or take the garbage away from the home (unless it is excessive). We just put things back where they belonged, loaded the dishwasher, and placed the garbage in the cans in the garage. They do all the rest! You will love this home; it is everything the photos show and more!
We spent Thanksgiving 2017 at this beautiful home and everyone - from our young grandsons to my son and wife and sister - had a fabulous time. The house was perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out. The little boys just loved the video games in the playroom as well as the ping pong table. We all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Beds were very comfortable with lovely linens. We kept the fireplace going all of the time which made the house feel nice and cozy. We also cooked a lovely Thanksgiving dinner in the great kitchen which had everything we needed.
Our family (5 adults and 6 kids) enjoyed this property tremendously! And it was literally next door to the Alpine Slide Park. We drove a 1/4 mile to trademark dr and parked to start our hike on the gorgeous Fraser River Trail (perfect for families). We would love to return next year as well. Linda was amazing, so responsive to all questions, and her home is huge, beautiful, and incredibly well equipped. And check out was the best! Just leave it neat and clean, put dishes in the washer, and they take out the trash etc etc etc. Previous rentals we've had we must do all of the clean up, trash drop, etc. We LOVED the hot tub; it was a huge hit. Roasting marshmallows over the firepit was terrific! We used the grill for burgers and steaks, we cook alot and the kitchen was magnificent! The master suite #1 was so incredible, spacious and surrounded by windows that overlooked only forest and this wonderful stream that roared with water flowing. We slept with the windows open, it was so comfortable & sounded so relaxing. It was truly luxurious too; full size bath amenities (no need to bring your own), and a wonderful soaking tub, double sided fireplace (in bedroom and right next to the soaking tub!) There was a 2nd master suite (beautiful too!) and the lower bedrooms (1 huge bunk room with pull out trundles makes 6 beds!) and the last bedroom has 2 wonderful double beds. The game room with ping pong and pool table as well as PS4; huge hit, used it all the time. Grand living room with huge fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows was so inviting and comfortable for a huge group (very large wrap around sofa). We loved and used the in house Sonos music system the entire time. I cannot say enough about this house and owner. I think we used every inch of this house and all amenities it had to offer. Outstanding, the best home we have ever rented!
